Note that: All of the items mentioned above are necessary for a successful return. In case of such event, please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order. We will not be held responsible for the defect reports later than the given duration.
On what kinds of issues, do we offer the return?
Like we mentioned, customer satisfaction is our biggest responsibility and customer satisfaction comes with great quality. With great quality comes some limitations go it. As we produce one-of-a-kind unique product for you, we cannot replace it with something else. That is why, we would not be able to replace books with minor variations in color or aesthetics. If you are very picky with your product, please double check your softcopy that we will send you on email and let us know your thoughts.
Do we allow cancellation or change in order?
Since the magazines are uniquely made for you, cancellation or an edit in order incur a great deal of risk and cost. For this reason, if your order has entered the design phase, we would not be able to cancel or change the order as it already has entered the manufacturing phase.
Can I avail the discounts once the order has been placed?
Once your order is placed we are not able to apply discounts retroactively that included both coupons and bulk discounts. If you find a coupon that you didn't use on your current order we won't be able to apply it after the order processing. However, you can still use the coupon in your next order.
Do we offer exchanges of our magazines?
We don't accept exchanges for printed products as they are uniquely made just for you. For this reason, we recommend you to carefully inspect your preview files on your email and be sure that you are satisfied with your creation prior to purchase. We give you an opportunity to preview your layout prior to creating your cover.
What should we do to avoid any problem?
We can avoid above mentioned problems with reviewing the product at every stage. When you are placing order, make sure:
- To choose the color of your liking
- To review the content that you are sending
- To send us the correct pictures and also in the right order
If you receive a product that is not up to your expectations, please follow the instructions at the top of this page to notify us of the issues. If the problem is due to a manufacturing error, we will work with you to rectify these issues. If the error is due to the order file, we are unable to reprint or refund the cost of these items.
